Graphic Design: UBU Graphics has a unique concept in that we want to use out of the box thinking combined with out of the box concepts to help you and your company achieve your marketing and advertising goals. We also offer graphic and marketing consulting at $75.00 per hour with a $150.00 retainer fee.


Corporate Branding - Identity: In this increasingly consumer-driven society, companies, small and large, are faced with choices that are needed to make their product and services different from their competitors. Often, a sense of differentiation or exoticism is evoked by a brand campaign to captivate the consumer. Branding is a response to the increase of information anywhere, anytime, in any form. A unique and identifiable look associated with a certain product makes its design - including advertising, packaging, and direct mail promotion more important than ever before. UBU Graphics uses the usual tools of form, colors, textures, graphics, typestyles, and other imagery to evoke emotions connecting a consumer to a brand so the consumer will continue to buy it or utilize the service(s).

Logo Design Projects: Your logo is the ambassador to your business. If designed properly, it communicates to your clients and your employees that your company and service(s) are credible, trustworthy, and professional no matter what size it is. Your business image depends on a logo design that is polished and distinctive or unique. Your logo is the foundation of your brand. Not only does a high quality logo show your customers that your business is professional, but it also differentiates you from your competitors and creates a powerful memory in the minds of your customers. When they need your product or service, they will think of you.


Web Sites: Functionality that looks good is more important than bells and whistles that your customers can't maneuver through. It may look good but is it functional? On the other hand a cookie cutter website that looks like everyone else’s is the other end of the spectrum. If provides for you a web presence but does it reflect who you really are? UBU can give you a functional website that still looks good that your customers will want to hang around with because they don't need a PHD to maneuver through it. We take the hassle and expense out of creating a website. You simply tell us how you use your site and what you want to say and who your site is targeted to. We will send you a detailed estimate so you know exactly what it will cost. All website packages come with revision rounds. Revision needed after that will be accessed a fee of $60.00 per hour. Website Management is also available.


Stationary: Nothing makes a business look more professional than well-designed business cards and letterhead. UBU Graphics defines businessstationery as business cards, letterhead, and envelopes. UBU Graphics will take the custom logo that was created for you and continue the look and feel throughout all three pieces. Our process is Choose, Revise, and Finalize! 


Collateral and Advertising Design::Collateral material has to do with packaging, brochures, catalogs, press kits and direct mail packages that are used to promote your products and or services.



  1. UBU is a Graphics company not a desktop publishing company. Customer is responsible for all copy needed for both printed or websites and should be presented in a Microsoft Word document via email at
  2. Customer is responsible for proofing of all copy.
  3. A separate fee for copy will be assessed if customer desires that work.
  4. Customer is responsible for all photos and assure they are copy written free.
  5. UBU Graphics will not be liable for any images customer submits for usage that infringe upon Copy Right laws. Customer is soley responsible for such.



The standard rate for all graphic design work is $75.00 per hour.

  1. 50% Deposit due before any work is started
    1. Kill fee policy in effect. (Once work is started deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE) 
  2. 25% Due at the proofing phase
  3. Any changes required after proof is approved a change fee will be assessed at $35 per hour.
  4. Balance is due upon receipt of work or before the offical website launch.
  5. E-Checks Checks take 3 - 5 business days to be approved.
  6. A $5.00 service fee accessed for all electronic transactions.
  7. Prices do not include printing. Customers are responsible for printing. A service fee will be accessed if customer wants UBU Graphics to acquire printing services.
  8. Downpayment recieved means agreement with terms.
